About The Playground Reunion Block Party
Immediately following the parade is the Playground Reunion Block Party to be located at 29th and Calumet, starting at 12:00 noon, ending at 8:00pm; to be celebrated in a classic House Music traditional-like and forward moving environment that will be filled with food, festivities, youth/senior filled fun and lots more. The House Music Parade and Playground Reunion Block Party is also community focused, and community driven to showcase the music's genre, culture and history while curving out opportunities to help our youth in music education, art performance and more. The 40th Anniversary Inaugural House Music Parade and PR Block Party's main goal is to reimagine the art and science of crafting out the soundtrack of our lives, to create a memorable experience for visitors and strive to exceed expectations for both events.
There will also be an incredible line-up of talented DJs, Music Performers, Food Trucks, and merchandising Vendors on hand.
